We are a large psychiatric clinical research practice based in South Florida currently conducting clinical studies in our Dade and Broward locations. We are looking for full-time doctorate level psychologists who will be able to rate ( i.e. perform assessments) on various studies. Bilingual is preferred. Research training will be provided, as will the certification for each assessment. You will be working with a full time staff of a coordinator and a research assistant, along with medical doctors. Build and develop business relationships with retirement communities, churches, senior citizen centers, etc. to find elderly participants for innovative Memory Check programs which use state-of-the-art standards and measures based on the latest clinical research and applications. The goal of assessment is to provide a comprehensive and definitive analysis of the participant's cognitive functioning and provide baseline measurements for future analysis. A full report follows a thorough diagnostic and background assessment that evaluates intellectual status; all cognitive factors; learning ability; daily adjustment; and emotional and psychological integrity.
We are a Community Mental Health Center looking for licensed and license eligible therapists to provide individual and group therapy for patients in order to stabilize symptoms and improve their level of functioning.

Duties:
* Assess patient mental status and problems by interviewing patients; obtaining personal information in order to conduct biopsychosocial assessments and treatment plans, facilitating groups and completing progress notes. * Design and implement treatment programs by evaluating patient's progress; setting treatment goals and objectives; providing individual and/or group therapy, stabilization and ongoing counseling utilizing individual, conjoint and group treatment modalities; and completing discharge plans once patients have reached maximum level of functioning.* Maintains patient records by following protocols; entering and updating data; maintaining case history and progress notes.* Protects mental health center's value by keeping patient information confidential; adhering to professional standards, including upholding policies and procedures, federal, state, and local requirements, and JCAHO standards.* Updates job knowledge by tracking trends in therapeutic approaches; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.* Enhances mental health center reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.Skills/Qualifications:
