The way i can make the school be designed so students care for learning more is by taking the basic things that you would need to get through life and teach it to the studentds in a fun way. for example( in math adittion and subtraction is the basic need in math and basically the only thing you need to know about math,so if you teach only the basic and make it fun then it will probably make that subject a little easier and fun). So basically all i am saying is take the basic needs stick with it and make it fun.
